***Preparing for Sunshine***

So after a long day at school, me and mom went out shopping for our trip to Hawaii! It's my "senior trip" and we want to be prepared to have an incredible girls weekend. Grandma Judy, Mom, Jill (she's such a cutie) and I are all gonna tan our pale beach bods! So we needed to find some modest swimsuits! We started at nordstroms rack....no luck. Then hit up Dillard's... JACKPOT! Here a photo of our fun day. We both got ourselves ase suits and are ready to go! June 14th, please come fast. ❤

Me: wearing shoes that were thrifted, a J.Crew jean dress, a DIY scarf vest, and a thrifted belt!

DIY SCARF VEST...how to:
This is my newest favorite. Take any type of scarf, perferably rectangle, and lay it out flat so that the width is on top. Then using a sharpie, mark two slants where you would like your arms to go... so then u have a square...and then ur slants, going from left to right should look like this... / leave space for back , then \ . It's seriously as easy as that! The scarf may fray at the cut, but it adds a cool effect! Loving this look! if you have questions, i will love to explain in person... its kinda hard on a computer!
